Thanks Kit for sending me this seemingly confused BMW driver... I'm just confused by this is all.

This made me do an AutoTrader search for Manuél E60 5ers
OMG I think they might be the best deals in the country right now!!!

This guy basically has the same tag that I used to have. I originally got it on the Kia, which got hit 2 times. Then I had it transferred to my Elantra which turned out to have so many issues,so I decided to retire it, as It seemed to bring bad luck.

Is that a sideways Mazda badge on that Soul?
![]() 01/30/2015 at 20:12 |

Nah, its a cheap "Korean" Kia badge that I bought on Ebay to make my car look cool.

550i for $12,000 and an ESS SC kit for $8,000 means 480hp and 440 lb/ft for under half the price of a pristine M5!
The only catch is that a higher geared LSD, stickier tires, and shocks/springs/bushings needed to make an M5 look bad on a track would take you up to actual M5 money.

But your solution is still better than M5 even if same money: cause probably more reliable than that sweet sounding but often grenading V10!

This is true. And you'll have a car that you've made your own. And the roar of that 4.8! As far as 5ers go, I'm more excited to try to locate an F10 530i/6 Touring with the direct injected NA six! It would be easy to make 300hp out of that motor, and it's the last NA BMW ever

that car exists?
I thought all F10s were turbo!

It does! There are probably only a handful, and all in Europe, but you can probably still buy a leftover '14 530i in Europe. I checked BMW.de on wayback machine for 2014 and sure enough, the 530i Touring was there. Nothing interesting loaded but basic specs...

"all in Europe"
